Remarks :
1) All exhibitors are requested to finish setting up the exhibiting stands by 24.00 Hr. of 4 June 2009,
    however the Organizer will close the Exhibition Halls for cleaning.
2) All exhibitors are not allowed to dismantle the exhibiting booths before 21.00 Hr. of 7 June 2009,
    which is the last show day.
3) All exhibitors are requested to keep exhibits in the exhibiting booths, and move the exhibits out of the
    Exhibition Halls as soon as the show is over. The exhibiting booths are then dismantled immediately
    from 21.00 Hr. of 7 June 2009 to 06.00 Hr. of 8 June 2009.
4) The Organizer will not allow all exhibitors to move in and out the exhibits from the exhibition halls during
     those permission times.
5) The gates for exhibits loading are at back side of Hall 2, Royal Paragon Hall.

In case the exhibitors fail to move out all exhibits and displayed materials from the exhibition halls by the due times, if there are any incidental errors or losses of the exhibits or displayed materials, the exhibitors have to be responsible for all related expenses without any claims to the Organizer.
