Exhibitor Badges / Contractor Badges

1. Contractor Badges
1.1 The contractor badges are valid only on the set up and dismantling period, they cannot be used during the Show days.

1.2 Any exhibitors setting up their own stands are requested to submit FORM 1 to the Organizer to approve the design, and must apply for Contractor Badges for working in the exhibition hall during the set up days. Otherwise, unofficial stand contractors cannot access to the exhibition halls.

1.3 Either the exhibitors or their contractors are requested to fill in FORM 2 to apply for collecting the Contractor Badges at the Exhibitor Service Office, Hall 2 in the exhibition halls. The Contractor Badges will be used 2 - 4 June 2009 during 08.00 - 18.00 Hr. only.

2. Exhibitor Badge
2.1 Each exhibitor will be allocated 4 Exhibitor Badges per booth.

2.2 Exhibitor Badges will be able to use the set up / dismantling period and Show days.

2.3 Please complete and present FORM 3 to collect the Exhibitor Badges at the Official Contractor’s Office Hall 2 Royal Paragon Hall.

2.4 All must wear the Exhibitor Badges at all time in the exhibition halls, for security reasons. Exhibitors without Exhibitor Badges cannot not access to the exhibition hall.
